Meet Andrew

Growing up around real estate, Andrew naturally gravitated toward the industry early on. With family involved in building and property management, he was always exposed to the business side of real estate and eventually found himself drawn to the marketing and sales side. He often jokes that real estate was basically his baby rattle.

Outside of work, life is centered around family and keeping up with three kids and all their activities. He’s big on staying active, whether that’s hockey, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, running, or just finding ways to keep moving. He’s also deeply connected to the Burnaby community and values the relationships built through sport, family life, and local networks.

Meet Sam

Sam grew up playing a variety of sports including volleyball, badminton, and soccer, and still keeps fitness a big part of his routine through Muay Thai kickboxing and daily calisthenics.

Outside of real estate, he’s constantly learning - especially when it comes to financial literacy, investing, and tax strategies, with a strong interest in building long-term wealth and understanding money better.

He’s also a huge foodie, and if you ever need a recommendation for a great spot to eat in Burnaby, Richmond, or Vancouver, he’s your guy - he’s always got a few go-to gems. Travel is another big passion of his, whether it’s exploring new cities or getting out of town for a reset and new inspiration.

Sam’s approach is very relationship-driven - he genuinely enjoys connecting with people and making the process feel easy and approachable.
